Charged and never Worked

I wanted to try the 7-day trial and the page never worked. Neither did the app. After the 7 days I assumed it would work because they charged me but it never did. Everything still locked. I thought I could get some help from the support tab but they links to "email support" dont work. You click and theres no action whatsoever. Very disappointed and of course I want my money back.
